Not sure I understand - I draw gutters as part of the Facia Profile, one sweep.

I usually use "Host Sweep" - add fascias, then add gutters.

This works with the default profile to start with, then you substitute the profiles you want for the fascia and gutter.

Problem is , as soon as I substitute the fascia profile, my gutters are history and I have to redo them.

this is a wild guess - are the profiles cutting each other at any point.

Doubtful ... both are simple rectilinear profiles.

7:35 pm actually.

But what a great idea !

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

Whilst you were asleep I can confirm that as soon as the fascia profile is changed in its horizontal thickness, then the gutter is kicked out with error messages. Altering the default facia height is OK increasing width by even 1mm will not work. If the gutter is hosted by the fascia.
If however the gutter and the fascia are BOTH hosted by the roof the all is well and the fascia can be changed. The gutter profile would have to be change to be offset however.
