Help in converting .pdf & .bmp files

hello,

I am looking for someone who would be willing to smooth a small .pdf or .bmp file
(using AutoCAD?). the image is very pixellated & looks unprofessional - I created this in Paint so have no way of smoothing it myself, as I won't be buying AutoCAD until my business gets off the ground...thanks much!
