Detail components in families - I place the family at level A - I can see (one of) the detail components on Level B above, the view settings are not the problem, and there is no linework extending up there. I can also see parts of loaded components in this family. Havent moaned for a while about things in revit, but every time I get into creating families with Revit........ . . . . . .
Anyway, if you use loaded detail components in a family, dont "flip" them, you must make a LH and RH version. And generic model components dont take any notice of visibilty settings when they are below, and they also dont show cut in plan when they are change to window families. Feel free to add more family glitches here!!
