"Top & Bottom Extension Distances"

In wall element properties there are 2 variables I haven't noticed before and are grayed out. Any clues what they are for.

Alek those two entries become editable when you choose to make a part of your wall style extendable.

To do so you edit the wall style, edit the structure, choose preview and change to a section view, zoom in on the base of your wall. Choose the modify button and then click on the bottom line of your exterior finish (for example) you'll see a little lock button, you'll find it locked most likely.

Unlocking it will make it possible to extend your finish and sheathing down to "cover" your rim joist for example if you unlock both finish and sheathing. I'm typing this from memory so I may be off in my description a little?
