Reflected Ceiling Plans

Hi All

I am in the process of setting up all my families and block for lighting plan etc.
What is a good practice:
Make my power sockets, wall outlets etc a symbol (anotation) family or should they be actually like the lighting family.

You could take your cues from the existing Electrical Fixtures Families supplied with Revit.

Use the Electrical Equipment, Electrical Fixture, wall or ceiling based templates.

I think that would give you the most flexibility.

You should not need to start from scratch in most cases, just amend the families suppiled.
