Starting new [Revit] User Group

Some Architectural colleagues and I [all using Revit] want to start a Revit User Group in our area - looking for tips and suggestions - also, we want to write a Charter, setting out a "mission statement", if anybody has one and would be happy to share, we appreciate something to start us off !
