Is it possible to re-create a railing (see attached) but I want to get rid of the lower portion. How would I do this?

Is it possible to re-create a railing (see attached) but I want to get rid of the lower portion. How would I do this?

The PDF looks like you want to delete the bottom gray area which you can by deleting #8 in rail properties.

The file looks like you want to delete the inside bottom rail which you can if you set the attachment in baluster properties to something like #7, then go and delete inside bottom rail from rail properties.
