As per this http://www.zoogdesign.com/forums/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2528&start=15 thread I have packaged the application as an exe.
Go here: http://www.r-e-d.co.nz/revit/Excel2TC.html for downloading, it's a ~1.8MB download for the main file.
I've also written a brief help section although it's fairly straight forward and the example files show clearly how things work. The error handling is BASIC and I'll fix any obvious ones so let me know. Also open to minor suggestions for improvements :-)
