okay...I deleted a thread earlier, that Bman started, sorry. I intended to remove just one post but did the opposite. So to cover it up and provide fodder for conspiracy theorists I deleted the whole thread. I guess posting this thread doesn't help those folks much but I might as well try to answer the question?
Sometime the most obvious question is the one that is the least obviously answered?
