tranfer drawing scale from imperial to metric

In revit how do I go about taking an imperial drawing and converting it to metric without messing all I have done to badly?

Under the SETTINGS menu change your project units.

If you customized any dimension styles to use something other than project settings you'll need to adjust those accordingly.
