Section box malfunction

I was in a meeting and went to do a section cutaway with the section box tool and nothing happened. Very embarrassing :oops: . Has anyone else had this problem, and was their a fix?

If you're talking about a 3D section box, it only works with color shading or color shading with edges. I think this one is already on the wishlist.
