If you take the ACADISO.pat and simply add the ;%TYPE=Model to the dot definition, it works just as written. The dot pattern from Autocad is a series of short offset lines.

Here's the pattern for Revit and what it looks like.

*DOTS,A series of dots
;%TYPE=MODEL
0, 0, 0, 0.79375, 1.5875, 0, -1.5875

It's just one line.

Expect the dots to be expanded to Revit's minimum line length on loading.
