At the moment every time I place a camera I have to adjust the camera settings.
At the moment I go to level relative to the level I want to place a view > go to view > camera> place the camera > go to properties > eye elevation & target elevation > finally adjust them every time again and again.

?1 . Camera placed at level 0 > Eye Elevation and Camera position at 175 cm above 0 by default > One can hardly say thats the average Eye elevation or camera hight held by a person.
Ok... maybe that's the way it is.... but ... How can I, by default, change that to a more convenient hight ?

?2 Camera placed at level 5 (for example) or any other level in any project > Eye elevation reads something like 1375 cm or 13750 mm. This is the hight above level 0 ... anyway not the height relative to the level I placed the camera on. It's nice to have the hight relative to level 0 but in most cases not relevant.
How can I, by default, place a camera relative to the floor I placed the camera on ?

What I am looking for is something like:
View > place camera >
Revit ask me >
"Pick Relative Plane"
"Choose Relative level"
"Level 0" by default.
"Eye elevation" and "Target elevation".

When you place a camera in a plan view, the options should reflect the level you're in at the time and the option to specify the height.
