Error message please help?

I am exporting Revit drawing sheets into Autocad, and I get this error message. In order to continue I need to hit cancel and then it continues. There are no apps open with the image. There are two of the same images loaded into the titleblock family? Will this create this error message?

Any ideas?

I have this happen too. Basically because you have the jpg in your titleblock, it is exported and each sheet wants to overwrite it. You should be able to continue and all will be well, it is just a pain to have to answer that message. I've never actually sent this in as a bug, but you might want to report it.
