Cut Fill calcs not working

I have a site where I have created pads. I moved the original topo surface to the existing phase. I use the Graded Region tool which copies that surface and puts it in the New Construction phase.
When I create a topo schedule my cut a fill calcs say ZERO. I done all this in Revit 7. I don't remember having create an existing phase.

Did you check the phase of your topo schedule (view properties).? Sounds like it might be in the exisiting phase.

I don't really know what I did but things seem to be working properly. Could have been a phasing thing
