Blend and Sweep in the same operation

Is there a way to complete a blend and a sweep in the same operation both at the same time?
I would like to create a blend along a path. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No.

You'll need Max, Viz, Rhino or some other nurbs based 3D editor.

(Revit of course should be able to make all the same geometry as Viz of course - after all, it's just all Autodesk.)
