Reloading pull down menus

Made a BIG mistake. Forgot to do a save as and customized my main workspace. Now I'm trying to got acouple of my pull down menus back.
If I clicked the "REMOVE FROM WORKSPACE" to a pull down menu, how do I get the menu back for a workspace?

I have. I have looked at the videos, read threads, and even have a teacher's guide from a class that I went to.
