ACAD still thinks that a command is active??

Anyone had this same problem:

Command: _qsave
Document "N:\05014-Ciudad de la Luz-Phase 2\Design\Arch\3D\Commissary\Model
5-Commissary.dwg" has a command in progress.
Hit enter to cancel or [Retry]:

I can assure you that there is no command in progress. The interesting thing is that ACAD still writes the auto save file every 15 minutes even though it won't let me do a "qsave".
