walls in my windows

Does anyone know how to get rid of my wall lines in my window. I have small windows at different heights. I can get rid of one of my wall lines in one window by changing my cut plane. but only fixes only one. Am I missing something? see attachment

By having a different plan region for "odd" window & adjusting the cut plane for for that region - it should elimate your problem
