TEXT TROUBLE

I am trying to creat some bold headings for a SPEC section so I create a bold text style, but of course I have to place the heading in its own paragraph. The problem is that what I see on the screen varies when I zoom in or out and when I print the Heading is not located as is shown on the screen, anyone else have this problem? how to fix it?

I create my specs in a separate annotation family and then I know what it will look like and can use it from job to job. Here's an example.

I toyed with pasting each setion into a detail view for a while and then assembling the views on a sheet but this is much more controllable. It does demand a reasonably well fixed spec though, all lots of variation families.

I have about 10 of these and they change all the time. I tend to include the baby with the bathwater when I throw stuff into these...
