Curved Roof Help

I've done searches and can't find what I need. Attached is the problem. I would like to have a smooth curved roof and that is what I draw in sketch mode, when I finish the sketch it makes my arch into a 3 sided bay. What am I doing wrong?

Click on the curved sketch line and choose the element properties dialog. Then change the segmentation number to 0.

In Sketch Mode, highlight the curved ssketch line, go to properties, and set the number of segments to 0. Finish the sketch. Revit draws a smooth curve.

I guess you can't do "cut plan profile" on a roof that was drawn by footprint?
