Mirror reversing model

I am a new user of Revit and have had a poor experience at mirroring my model of a house. I lost some dimensions, had problems with roof and sweeps.
Is mirroring a problem or is it just the way I am doing it?

Mirroring a whole model complete with annotations, ref planes, tags, etc can be a real problem. Revit development team is aware of this, so hopefully, it won't always be the case.
