Auto insert doors 6" from wall intersections?

Is there a way to automatically insert doors 6" from wall intersections?

I don't know of an "automatic" way.

What I do is fake Revit out by adjusting a few settings:

1. Under "Settings" "Temporary Dimensions" set 'Walls' to 'Faces' and 'Doors & Windows' to 'Openings'

2. Adjust your snap increments to something that will work for you to quickly give you a 6" temporary dimension (i.e. set 6" as the lowest snap or be willing to live with getting your hand/eye/mouse coordination to work with a lower snap setting like 2")
