pad slowing production

Creating a pad just up to indicated area is not a problem but when entering the area indicated it slows the model so badly it will take ages to complete pad any suggestions

Please post your model or send it to support. My very wild guess is that your toposurfaces are pretty large and have a lot of points.

Thanks for your example. We will investigate.

Preliminary quick look indicated that import symbol in your model contains nurbs-based surfaces, and when picking a lot of time is spent processing those.

I wonder if you can separate your import into 2 (in Autocad), one with surfaces, another with lines needed for work with Revit elements, so you can switch off visibility of import symbol with surfaces while working in Revit when performance suffer. Sorry for trouble.
