I am upgrading and painfully learning the ways of the CUI.
I have approx. 30 custom toolbars that I have successfully managed to put into my own custom CUI. My problem is that when I load it all of the toolbars show when I have set the appearance to Hide. Is there any way to prevent this? I want them all available but only want to see 4 when I load it initially or switch workspaces.

TIA

Marty

Have you looked into workspaces? You decide which tollbars are displayed in your workspaces branch of the cui tree.

Yea I looked at them but there are times when you just need one toolbar for a short time. Problem is when I set up my .mnu files I could tell Acad which toolbars I wanted visible and which ones I didn't. Then if you need one right click on a tool bar and turn it on. When I set the Show/Hide attribute in the CUI it just ignores it. Float/top/bottom.. all work even row but it won't Hide them. Using work spaces I could end up with alot more of them than I would care to deal with. After I got to looking around I have 93 toolbars, 30 I use alot but the rest are still useful for certain projects.
I am thinking this is a bug that needs to be worked out or I just don't understand what the Show/Hide attribute is for.
