Project Templates

I'm starting my second year of college at Texas A&M university and I really enjoy working with Revit.

I've been reading about how a lot of you have project templates and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their template? I'm interested in seeing how you have them setup and what type of items you have in your template. If you could post a Revit file or a pdf, I would greatly appreciate it.

Project templates seem to be a trade secret. I tried to get some from my vendor but they had been commissioned by other clients and were therefore copyrighted. Can you get access to the Library, European Headquarters and Gas Station sample files that came with earlier releases of Revit?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I just started using Revit a few years ago. I don't have access to either of those projects. Since they were on the CD, would it be wrong for you to email them to me?
