Can NOT get Design Center to function

When I try to pull up DESIGN CENTER... get this ERROR message...
The specific procedure can NOT be found... C:/programfiles/ACAD2000/gcdcsymbol.arx
I have design center working on my ACAD2006 computers... BUT NOT ACAD2005...

Why is AutoCAD 2005 trying to load an AutoCAD 2000 ARX file?

DesignCenter (ADCenter) in AutoCAD 2005 uses the following ARX & DLL files -

acdcframe.arx
acdcsymbols.arx
acdcutils.dll
