View Range

Hi All

I would like to view my bulkhead lines in plan view. I have been toying with the view range properties but no luck. I can see the bulkhead when I increase the cut plane to say 2800 which is where the bulkheads are but once i bring down the cut plane it all disappears.

Also tried with top offsets but it does not work as well. Can anyone tell me what is the default distance between the cutplane and the top offset ?

Both reference off of the level you're on.

You could use the new plan region command, found under the view menu. Just trace a plan region around your bulkhead, & set it's view range to pick up your bulkhead.

Or you could adjust your view cut plane to show the bulkhead, use the detail line command & pick the outline of the bulkhead, then set your view range back where it was. The detail lines will still be present, & show the outline of the bulkhead.
