Stairs - room tag / area

Anyone know of a way to tag shafts, like stairs, elevators, etc and have the room tag show up on each floor, but the area only schedule once?

Other than using a "fake" tag...or

you would have to have one schedule for each floor (although most likely you would like to have one schedule that is sorted by level) and create an additional schedule field, i.e. like Shaft-Y/N and then in the first floor schedule include all fields in that floor, and for the other ones, filter out the Shaft-Y.................this would work only if all of your shafts originate from the same floor

Hmm...maybe the "fake" tag sounds good....

You could create a custom parameter assigned to rooms which would allow you to filter out certain rooms (shafts) from the room schedule. Could be Yes/No or my preference, an Integer.

I find those filters very usefull. I use them to seperate groups in schedules often. They are worth playing with.

James, thats what I ended up doing, the only problem is I have various schedules so I just need to remember to add that field to each schedule and filter with it.
