Hey All,

I didn't find anything in the search, but what I need to create is a frieze board in a gable. I cannot remember how this was done. Please refresh my memory!!! :?:

Use the fascia tool, select the lower edge of the gable, and set the horizontal offset to the distance of your overhang. :)

I knew there was an easy way!

Thanks Chris. Leave it to you to answer the posts that nobody else will answer.

How about this?? Two problems. I can't use a fascia roof host sweep. I can't figure out how to do it in place as a sweep either. DO I need to do a bunch of extrusions?

Thanks!

I can't get them to clean up either. A person could make a family and be able to do it that way. I would do it with in-place families if I had to turn the corner. Or if you use corner boards then you can place roof fascia's independently.

Corner board would work on the left, siding example (another detail to add!) but on the brick area at the right, corner boards will not work.
