Shaded Printing

I just had a try at printing a plan that is in a Shaded (coloured) view. Comes out OK on screen with the penweights on....HOWEVER....I printed it and the line weights are pretty thick....in Hidden view (ie B&W) the line weights are accurate...what am I missing?

sounds like a vector vs raster issue. raster always seems heavier, try uping the qulity to presentation.
