Acessing an embedded profile

I have a wall with a profile that I made a while back and cannot locate the actual profile file. How do I edit this profile? I hope this is something really easy that I am missing.

Go to families in the project browser.
There is a categories called profiles.

I've gotten that far, but editing the profile is where I am stuck. You can't paste it into a family and there appears no way to open the file from the browser.

You should be able to right click on the profile name and then select edit.
