In a Titleblock, put a label in that is your phone number. Use dashes or periods between the numerals and it won't PDF correctly. Tried everything and finally had to use spaces between the area code, local exchange and the number, which is ok, but just so you know.

Yes, sorry. What happens is that in converting to PDF, the PDF writer jambs the numbers on top of each other. Just mentioning this as something to fix if/when Revit updates the PDF Writer (currently at version 4.2, right?).

Prints fine when using Acrobat 7.0 Pro

Try changing the Revit PDF Writer's resolution to 1200dpi.

There is a know issue with the 4.2 writer. You need to set the fonts to download as outline. The issue is documented on the Autodesk support site.

Damn, Aaron, thanks. As usual, a font of knowledge.

Best,

That's assuming that there IS going to be an update the PDF Writer. As far as I know, there are no plans to update PDF Writer. AutoDesk is trying to force everyone to DWF.
