I downloaded the latest version and tried to install it. It has a new authorization setup, which won't except my old number....I am just wondering if I am missing somthing? Or do I need to contact the reseller?

This seems to only be a problem on a clean install. I unistalled the newest version, reinstalled the one that worked, and then reinstalled the newest again. That worked.

Jon, you'll need to be more specific about versions and builds to get any clarity...

Licensing changed from 5.1 when they released 5.1L and since then it is the same...so if you changed from 5.1 to 6, then yes, it's changed. If you installed the latest build of 6 over the previous then no, it hasn't.
