Printing in Grayscale

Hi All

Has anyone tried printing a PDF in grayscale instead of colour ? I tried to print to Acrobat PDF (not Revit PDF as the option is either colour or black and white).
Although there is an option for grayscale, it prints to colour.

Anythoughts guys ?

I tried both Revit PDF 4.2 ( which does an option for greyscale) and pdf995, but got black and white output for each.

Printer Properties were set for colour and settings for greyscale.

If you have photoshop, open the color PDF, then choose 'desaturate' which will remove all color information from the image, leaving grayscale. Then re-save as a PDF.
