No prompt when inserting Block with Attributes

Please help.

When inserting blocks with attibutes, the block comes in but the attributes are not prompted for insertion. So to add the attibutes the block has to be double clicked to activate the dialoge box.

If a block with attributes only is inserted it is impossible to edit as there is nothing to "double click"

Can someone advise of the variable I need to reset to activate the dialogue box.

Try setting the variable ATTREQ to 1.
