TITLE BAR ON SHEET

I HAVE 2 VIEWPORTS ON ONE SHEET

I DO NOT WANT TO SEE A TITLE BAR FOR BOTH OF THEM

HOW DO I TURN ONE OFF?

Create a new view title setting by duplicating an existing one and setting it to have no title.

Select the view and you'll see the view title its using in the drop down list. Go to its properties and duplicate if you don't already have a no title in the list or just select the no title one if you do.
