I am doing a custom home and have a question on interior walls on the lower level. I have the walls hatched for the Plan and would like to hide all of the interior walls on Fdn Plan. The only way I can think of to do this is take off the solid fill from the wall and come back in on the Lower Level Plan and use the filled region to hatch the walls. It would of been easier to hide the walls completly but I have the exterior walls to deal with. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

You could set your Foundation plan to structural with all the exterior walls as structural.

You could use worksets.

Edit: Phasing could be used also

Couple of ways.

1. Use worksets.
2. Set the foundation walls to structural and then set the view property discipline to structural. The foundation walls should display and the interior partitions should not.

See the help files for more detail.

Thanks, that helped. I have not looked into the worksets yet, but I should sometime soon.
