I upgraded our sheets to r6.0, they work fine. But while editing the family, if you Zoom Extents or ALL, the display is as attached. When they are loaded into a project, the zoom control works as it should. I'm a bit worried that although the project functions correctly, there may be errors creeping in. Can anyone help?

I had somthing similar happen on imported .dwgs.
Try this.
Open the title sheet family & highlight any imported images or .dwgs in the sheet & see if their extents are way off the sheet. The boundries should show when you highlight them.
If it's an offending imported .dwg, open the drawing in Autocad & change the limits to match the extents of the drawing, save & reload it into your Revit sheet.

WOW!
Thanks Andrew, I tried that as the limits of the LOGO were rediculous! But it made no difference.
I started :banghead: (again)! and after a LOT of copy/paste blah blah blah... found the error.
Two of the sheet labels seemed to have lost their grips. After replacing them, the file works fine.
