Extra room on area plan legend

I just finished an area plan by name so that I could assign colours to different rooms - worked great. The only thing is that when I go in to edit the legend, I have this extra name called "area" that I cannot delete, remove or anything other than change the colour. I need to get this off my legend so that the client does not get confused. Am I missing something? I did go back to make sure I did not have a room called area on the rooms I tagged and cannot find a tag that I did not change the name.

Create a schedule and you will probably see the "area" there and reported as "not in properly enclosed region" or similar. Simply delete it from the schedule.

Remember, that when you delete a room or area tag, Revit will save the room or area information unless you tell Revit to delete it. This is handy if you want to re-establish the room or area again or want to pre-load Revit with a room schedule for space planning purposes.

I did stumble a bit because I looked for a room called "area" on the schedule instead of our generic room name - I will go back to the schedule and delete the rooms that have no assigned room name.
