Roof plan w/ a dotted line for the ext. wall below

On a roof plan, Is there away to have the exterior wall line only to show up as a exterior line of the wall below.

Is there a override to control; the exterior wall finish has a dotted line?

If I use the structural setting I can get both surfaces of the wall below to show up as a dotted line.

I would like see only the exterior face to show up.

This is a normal thing to do in a roof plan veiw.

My other option is to draw a dotted drafting line.

Change the view to Wireframe and use the linework tool over the outside edge of a wall. Restore the view to Hidden Line.
