circular stair railing error

Recently I create a circular stair for service purpose (see attached image). But I experienced problem with the stringer and railing. It behaved weird. I think the problem is the overlap railing lines due to the small radius. It shouldn't be a problem I think since it was a circular stair that might be form like a spiral. So, what's the solution?

You need to build it as 2 sep stairs, stair sketches cannot overlap.
