Edit Wall Profile of Angled Wall

I did a "Wall By Face" after creating a blended mass. How do I edit the wall profile? The edit profile is not available in the option bar. I guess I could just change the shape of my mass. Is this the only way?

Yes, it is. You can only edit profile of walls that came from vertical faces and became regular Revit walls.

create the shape you want in your mass, then remake the wall, might work.
