How can you fix this error.

There is a circular chain of references among the highlighted elements.

I'm trying to bring in a pocket door and keep getting this error. I know I can get an updated door from the web, but what if I NEED "this" one for example.

Open the family, go to tools/review warnings, find the offending element, & correct it. Save the file, & reload it into your project.

Sounds like the family is slightly overconstrained. I would open the family, turn on temporary dimensions and take a look at all of the ref planes, etc. Try flexing it by changing some parameters in the family types dialog box. If it won't flex, then you probably want to remove a ref plane at a time until you find the offender. If that doesn't work, send it to Waltham and let them have a look.

I can't even "open" the darn thing. It gives me the two errors, then it kicks me out and back to my original project I was working on...
