Updating Existing Block Attributes

I have made a catch basin block with an attribute. The block I made so it can rotate (including the attribute text). I also added a move option too the attribute so I can move it as well. Now to the problem...everything updates in the existing blocks within the drawing except being able to move and roate the attribute text. I can insert a new block in the same drawing and it works perfectly. So what can I do to update the attributes to get them too work? I have already tried the replace block with another, after I did a saveas as of my cb and made one named cb2...Well that still did not work.

Give ATTSYNC a try. And select the old blocks. Another is BATTMAN that allows you to SYNC up attributes. Either one of those should do the trick.

Well BATTMAN did not work, but the ATTSYNC did actually work. I forgot about that command.
