How to get subscription to work?

Hi,

I have submitted a request to Autodesk Subscription, and I thought I'd ask here as well --
How do you get the training files in 'subscription' to work?

I use Microsoft Internet Explorer; I've cleared the cache; I've cleared the history (all suggested to me earlier by subscription help).

When I click on a training file name, nothing happens.

The 'subscription' costs me more than $2 per day. So far, I'd rather have Starbucks.

Pop ups. IE Explorer was blocking pop ups.

IE should block pop-ups. Adsk shouldn't use them.
