level marks

Can anyone tell me how to make a level without it becoming visible in all of my section views that I've already created? I don't have the time or energy to go to each section view and turn the level marker off. Is it a 2D or 3D extent issue?

Scope boxes may work or create a workset that is not visible by default called minor levels
