View Full Version : Duplicating Line Widths for Scales

You probably have noticed that the project Line Widths have many scales that apply. If you actually want to make up your own standard (who does that?) then you probably change each scale one by one, 16 pens in each scale. Don't bother! Just change the sizes for one scale, delete all the other scales you didn't change. And then add new scales as you need them. When you add a new scale it uses the only scale available as the 'prototype' for the pen sizes to use. So in a few seconds you have all your various scales now using the same line width settings!

Have fun RSing!

Thanks for the tip. I was following your AU 2008 lesson and I got discouraged thinking I have to change and calculate thicknesses for each scale separately.

And to think a post from years ago is still valid.... nice! :)
