Add Object Tracking Capability

Description: Add the Object Tracking Capability in the current 3D version to LT

How Used: Used to locate points in respect to an objects sides.

Feature Affinity: Allows points to be precisely set, i.e., the center of an object, without having to set up construction lines or measure.

This exists in AutoCAD LT 2007 and up.
