I just want to share an experience with Revit technical support. I called technical support a few moments ago and I was greatly surprised to see a new system call goto meeting that they are using. Instead of sending large files over the website and wait for an answer this small program gave them full access to my desktop were they remotely handle my Revit file and found the problem in a matter of minutes. It really was a great experience and I think they are doing what ever it takes to provide us with the best service there is.
Thanks Revit support for that.

Goto Meeting rocks. That's way cool to hear that they are using it!

Wagurto,

Is this support through your reseller or with Autodesk direct ?

Hi Bee gee it was directly with revit support, my reseller is not that good for technical support.

BeeGee,

It would be a bonus for KC to get it......One drawback to many potential users is the thought of getting "stuck" on some problem and if they brave getting support, trying to explain the scenario

It is... we use it too when Netmeeting won't do the job. Sometimes people's firewalls won't allow the data from Netmeeting to get out onto the 'net...

GoToMeeting is like Microsoft LiveMeeting but way cheaper!
